Recently there was lot in media about many benefits of yoga. They say, it helps to minimize stress and also helps to build flexibility, strength and stamina. If you don’t sleep much and often wake up feeling un-refreshed, the last thing you probably need is yoga.

But perhaps there is an angle not thought for Yoga, if practiced it only contribute to the chaos-management but not remedy the damage caused by earlier injuries. Once your body feel more stress (itself a form of trauma), it tries to adapt their activities.

Trauma is therefore not as natural. Have you noticed that the emotional stress can also cause damage to your body, especially in and around the areas of injury before? As your age pass, physical and psychological consequences get increased into your body.

Firstly, on the soft parts of body, the transport system is not sufficient for nutrients and oxygen. The majority of tissues as well as additional resources are required to proper care.

Secondly, in order to compensate reduction of nutrients can achieved by the contraction of soft tissue. Despite the injuries, it is understandable that the largest and stiffer body can easily exhausted at the end of the day. It’s not surprising that the largest number of hours sleep can cause you often wake up tired.

A good practice of yoga helps in stiffness of soft tissues and the circulation of blood. Therefore, your body requires less energy rest of day and you’ll feel more confident from stress.
